My name is Amelia and I am a wife and mother. I live with my beautiful family in the lovely state of West Virginia. The Ginger gene runs in my family and my son has inherited the blessing of being a redhead.
My life revolves around my family and my faith in Jesus Christ. When I am not at work you will find me lurking at home or at church. If you decide to visit, do not expect my house to be clean, because working full time and taking care of a toddler leaves little time for housework.
I do love to read and write, though now a days my reading consists of reading Sleep Tight Sleep Bears to my son at least 10 times a night. I also love singing in the car and going to the movies with my husband.
When I do get a sweet moment of alone time (which is a rarity in my life), I like to relax on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and read Jane Austen or Harry Potter books.
My hero's are Saint Thomas More, Alice Paul, and Elinor Dashwood.

Being a wife and mother play a huge part of who I am, but I am also an individual, though I do sometimes forget that I need to just be Amelia. I decided to start a blog so that I can have a creative outlet in my life.
